Miss Jacklyn in Singapore.

Random discussion with Eunice:
And that word is URGE, omg!

********************

Miss Jacklyn came to Singapore during the Christmas holidays, her reason being missing and wanting to see me but in actual fact, the real purpose behind her visit would definitely be shopping. You think can hide from me meh? I know one. Anyway, this time around, as opposed to her normally hectic and fully packed visiting schedule which sometimes include Karaoke Sessions till 3 in the morning, things are much more relaxing and laid back. That's how a vacation should actually be what, right? Other than the usual shopping therapy, here's an overview of the activities occured during her 4 days 3 nights stay:

Day 1 - The Beginning (excuse me ah, is this the correct spelling ah?). Makan at some place recommended by her friend, Denniz.

Dinner at the Coffee Club.

Some Aglio Garlic Prawn dish, highly recommended. Miss Jacklyn can sapu finish this in one minute flat, if given the chance.

Alfredo. Her actual order which she made against the one recommended above. padan muka.

Crusted Dory Gremolata. The potato below the fish tasted better, enough said. Forgot to take a picture of the Muddy Mud Pie we shared, it was gone all too soon.

Day 2 - The Mid. Lunch at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng (never fails to remind me of Sylvia). Don't give me that look lah, her SG friend suggested and we were opinionless.

ManTauGirl - Miss Jacklyn with her dish, so weird lah the combination of man tau and ham + cheese. blurgh. tak habis makan summore.

Seafood Rice something that used to be her favourite dish, but change the rice with spagetti first.

My black pepper fried udon, the safest choice. No matter how bad it may be, the black pepper will always cover the awfulness.

Day 3 - The Near Ending. Dinner at Cafe Cartel, stupid KY. The new menu for 2008 was already out at that time, thank goodness else I'll definitely makan salad je!

An aglio dish, again! I think its with shredded chicken or something. Don't know what's with her sudden craze for aglio.

I know its a mixed grill with sepahgetti.

Deep fried breaded Pork Ribs something like that. Haiyah, sorry lah, I can't really remember what I ate 2 days ago also lah.

Day 4 - She took the morning bus home (10 something in the morning), so we had McD breakfast before she departed.

And that's exactly how she spent her stay in Singapore, by shopping and eating a lot, ta dah! And that is also why I am getting fatter and fatter each passing day. Did I mentioned that she nearly forgot to bring her passport and then she completely forgot about her handphone but brought the phone charger along? Ai seh...
