In preparation for the BIG EVENTS that will be coming back to back in the months to come, and also making sure that I stay firm in sticking to the resolution list, I finally lugged my lazy ass out of the room yesterday evening for a quick jog before dinner. After an absence from exercising for months, I think (that is the main reason behind my horizontal growth, I guess), and based on a true story, these are the sequence of events that occured during my attempt to shed some pounds:
4 mins after departure : Completed warm-up routine
5 mins after departure : Begins with a slow jog
2 mins into jog : Increase running pace
5 mins into jog : Slight strain on ankle, slows pace
7 mins into jog : Increase pace
8 mins into jog : Strain on ankle, knees
10 mins into jog : Lost rhythm on breathing, slows down
12 mins into jog : Slowed down, stopped, sat down
1 min into seating : Kylie Minogue's Spinning Around playing in head
2 mins into seating : Near blackout, head thumping, twisting sensation in stomach
3 mins into seating : Swearing, feel like gonna die
7 mins into seating : Regained composure
9 mins into seating : Walked plus occasional slow jog
3 mins into slow jog : Increased pace
12 mins into jog : Cannot go on already, bought dinner and went home
5 mins after departure : Begins with a slow jog
2 mins into jog : Increase running pace
5 mins into jog : Slight strain on ankle, slows pace
7 mins into jog : Increase pace
8 mins into jog : Strain on ankle, knees
10 mins into jog : Lost rhythm on breathing, slows down

O_o" Damn pancit wei, die lah like that. Moreover, after the above failed attempt, dinner makan banyak summore, replenish energy konon. So tell me, what's the point in jogging initially, right? Sigh. Anyway, I'll just keep these logs files here just as some sort of motivation yang mungkin tak jadi for me to go on! Ganbatte!!
