Things you can see around Chinatown, Singapore when closing in on Chinese New Year. Super huge crowd on every inch and corner, uncles and aunties everywhere busy buying provisions in preparation for the big day.
Seems like the decorative theme adapted this year would be based on Disney Characters, not really surprising with all these western-eastern fusion thingy going on, moreover its the year of the rat/mouse. Along the way, you can even see multiple Mickey's ear shaped decorative pillars all around, freaking weird okay?
Moving on, multiple stalls are set along the lanes in between buildings, most of them selling either mochi-based sweets or the stuff you see above. Chinese sausages and waxed ducks. Never or rather, quite impossible to see such scale of variety offered in KL before.
