Jed is Working.

On Sunday as well. Enough said.

Been taking Indian Food quite regularly these days, due to late hours in office and working on weekends, not much choice but to join the others. Up to the point that I have better knowledge on where to get good Indian food, rather than Chinese cuisines. Hhhmmm...

And you know what? I think life has been so routined that I am currently able to write a detailed timetable for myself. W00t! And the High School Musical game on DS kinda sucks lah weh...

DUDE!

It's he's freaking blog. Let him rant about it. Everyone has their ups and downs. If you don't like he's complaining then don't come back to this blog no more. You don't even know him and you want to start criticizing him?

I'm sorry if you're life is so BLOODY perfect.

Dear Anonymous,

I didn't only thought as I still think about it and yeah I know that I'm not the only one slaving away during weekends. And indeed I chose this job, but working during weekends was not part of the requirement, and will never be. Come to think of it, I'd need not to be explaining to someone or rather something that I don't even recognize. Hence I choose to conserve my intelligence and time for a better cause. Btw, you sound more disgruntled and angry than I am, go get some help kay?

Best Regards,
Jed

Anonymous - i don't see his entry as COMPLAIN at all. btw, am wondering, how do you define COMPLAIN? Go check out the dictionary then.

I see it as just a RANTS/EXPRESSING and not COMPLAINING. Your understanding on English entry is just too poor.

FYI, you might or don't ever know him and let me tell you that his contract (BLACK & WHITE) stated that his working hrs is only from MON - FRI (9 - 6).

And what now, that his BLOODY company require him working more than that.

I pity you that your life is so monotonous and you gotta work even on Sunday then. There's no LIFE man!!! well, well... POOR YOU.

Mind YOUR own BIZZZ!!! And he's not sitting dwn and DOING NOTHING. Bcos of he's a responsible person, and therefore... he's workin on weekends whereby it's not an official working hrs.

Well, ask anyone in Singapore. I am sure you will be expecting its not a 9-6 jobs(even "requirement states") in Singapore before you even accept the job. You can see/hear/ all the Singaporeans or Malaysians working and toiling beyond the time required.

So what is the big deal? You should not be ranting/complaining so much that as if you are portraying to be gung-ho about yourself (hardworking), right :P?

My piece of advice:If you keep complain/ranting the same old thing, you will be too focus on the grunt which will cause negative impact towards your job.Fight for your rights ok!:)

p/s: I guess I should not meddle too much on your stuff since I am stranger to you/your post.Sorry once again. Yada ...yada..yada..

Dear anonymous,

You sound like a different anonymous but its just personal instinct. Anyway, indeed there's always the unofficial working hours, its to be expected. But when the management grows to accept your extended working hours as a norm, then that's bad. You'll actually be 'expected' to work that long. I hope you get my jest.

In actual fact, it was not even anything extraordinary or BIG DEAL as you mentioned. I didn't do anything other than informing my friends that I am really occupied with work currently as some has been wondering on the decline of my posting frequency. Either you misinterpreted my intention or I made you misinterpret or you just hate me. I'd personally prefer the first reasoning.

I'm sharing occurences and experience through my daily life, its all about me. The way you're putting it, its similar to labelling a person as show-off if he/she blogs about his/her knowledge on certain fields, which is just wrong. Plain Wrong. Nothing more.

I am unsure in what way have I portrayed myself as a disgruntled worker. Your advice does not even come close to making any sense to me, as though it interprets something like, if I complain about the govt, I should run for election and make a change? Nevermind that. Now you're asking me to fight for my rights after stating that it is something common? Contradiction? No? Hello? Are you blinded by your own disatisfactory towards your job?

Heck, why am I even explaining myself again... *gets back to work*

p/s: Its weird when you're trying to contradict someone, yet trying to be polite at the same time. What's the whole point then? Just so you know, there's always freedom of speech. Blah... blah... blah...

Anonymous - well, so i assumed that you are a Singaporean huh. yeah, what you said were kinda true but working longer than your contract stated is not only happenned in Singapore but Malaysia as well.

However, what if your hardworking type of attitude being taking for granted it seems from your management. And you are even require working on public holiday until nite working hrs. Well, if this happenned on you, do you rants it out if you have a blog?

You might see your life is just WORKING and CAREER only but this principal might not apply to everyone, dude.

We don't wanna own nothing and regret for our lives on the day that we'll leave this earth... GOT IT??

Anyhow, my piece of advice... life ain't just WORKS k.

Also, ppls shd work SMART and not HARD!
