Made the difference. Remember back then when I ranted on how difficult it is to get on the shuttle bus to my office because everyone just gathers at one spot and tries to get onboard at the same time? No pushing or shoving, just a lot of cutting ins. It's like driving on a 8 lane highway then narrowed to 2 somewhere further, pure bottleneck/deadlock/whatever. Honestly, you need some skills (I've honed mine in KL) else be prepared to wait forever, or you could probably head out really, really, really early or really, really, really late. Really!
Being away at the client's site for close to a week, it was really surprising to see everyone in a queue waiting to board the bus the other morning. Like, some sort of enlightenment has decended upon them. *flute and harps being played in the background, bright light shining on everyone*
I later found out that 2 lines were taped on the pick-up point to enforce a line I guess, additionally, notices were placed on the buses advising passengers to queue. Simple implementation but effective. I'm impressed. Although the queue can get extremely long at times, at least no one's sticking to my back or slipping in front of me. Henceforth, I would be able to head to work a little happier. Amen.
