2nd July, baby Ning refused milk for her first meal, before sending her to the nanny's (first day).
We kind of suspect it might be her realizing the fact that she'll be separated from the wife - whom shall henceforth be known as mummy Ning. They say babies can sense it you know.
Cried when left at nanny's house, this was of course expected and mummy Ning confessed she was heartbroken when leaving.
And baby Ning was pretty under the weather when we picked her up in the evening - she was quiet, inactive and not responsive no matter what we tried. Kesian.
Different story on the second day though, as she was actively mumbling and playing when mummy Ning left her at the nanny's.
So fickle. Pattern more than badminton.
Milestone: Baby Ning can now lie down on her stomach and lift her head a little. And as much as I try, I'm not able to recall when she started baby talking, sigh
