Dial 123.

Found out that trying to explain a Page Not Loading Issue to a Customer Care Consultant over the phone can be an extremely challenging task when the consultant keep insisting that (in random orders):

1. You clear the cache, cookies and all that even when I've stressed that its a page not loading issue

2. You have registered for an Internet Pin even when I've stressed that its a page not loading issue and I've logged in AND made numerous transactions before

3. You have disabled the pop-up blocker even when I've stressed that its a page not loading issue

4. You have registered for an Internet Pin even when I've stressed that its a page not loading issue and I've logged in AND made numerous transactions before *ROAR!*

5. You have tried accessing using a different browser/machine/location even when I've stressed that its a page not loading issue and I've tried via home internet, office internet, Maxis 3G, Maxis GPRS, Wireless @ Starbucks, etc

6. Its a page not loading issue so stop guiding me how to log in

7. You have registered for an Internet Pin even when I've stressed that its a page not loading issue and I've logged in AND made numerous transactions before *vomit blood*

8. You have registered for an Internet Pin...

9. You have registered for an Internet Pin...

10. You have registered for an Internet Pin...

In the end, when the issue finally (thank God) registered to her, after guiding Step-by-Step to replicate the issue for herself to see, I still didn't get my answer on when the site/page will be up again. So, I just wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate Maxis because your Customer Care Consultant(s) have just managed to shorten my life span around 2-3 years by successfully transforming me into the forbidden Level 143 Berserk mode.

p/s: 123 is the number for Maxis subscribers to dial for whatever type of inquiries/issues. Non Maxis subscribers can dial 1 800 82 1123.

p/p/s: Was on the verge of almost smashing my phone on the floor but stopped at the thought of might having to wait for another month.
