Was at Menara Matrade in the afternoon to attend a survey event by Synovate which was supposed to last only 2 hours (slotted for 1230-1430) but ended up stranded there for almost 5 hours, 2 hours plus spent mostly on waiting. Talk about bad time management eh? Was on the verge of snapping when they finally gave me what I waiting for, lucky them.
The journey home was equally bad due to the anti-ISA rally as all traffic was redirected from Jalan Kuching to Lebuhraya Mahameru before Putra Place/The Mall, was stuck there for almost an hour.
Honestly, I don't see the point in setting up all these road blocks. Not only did them blocks TOTALLY FAILED to prevent the rally, it was a COMPLETE NUISANCE to all road users in KL. On Friday morning, I was stuck halfway towards the toll onto the East-West link because Loke Yew was inaccessible, can you imagine that?
Precious time wasted, manpower of law enforcement officers which could definitely be better spent elsewhere wasted, fuel wasted, I really wonder what goes through the brains of whoever that ordered them roadblocks.
Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!
Sooner or later, whenever there's an ISA related rally, there'll be one anti-ISA group, one pro-ISA group and another that rally against stupid road blocks group.
