I am heading down to Singapore tomorrow morning, 0700 to be exact very early right but what to do taking Aeroline mah so the journey would take approximately 5 hours - sounds like a snippet of their announcement lols - reach there afternoon already loh. Yes, I do know about the free flights down but the its still much more expensive plus the thought of travelling to and fro the airports makes me want to faint.
I've travelled once from Jurong East to Changi Airport by MRT and let's just put it this way - never again!
Anyway, we'll be staying at the Parkroyal Hotel in Kitchener Road because Jac managed to come across some promotion which we felt was quite a bargain when compared with other accomodation of similar or lower nightly rates. No particular agenda, I just need so settle some stuff which would probably take half and hour or so only, then perhaps meet some friends, eat some food, drink some tea, shop some clothes - then head home.
A little getaway trip before the new beginning perhaps...
p/s: Just so you know, Aeroline would be increasing their fares by RM 10 for trips down to Singapore starting November 18, the new one-way fare will cost RM 90 - plus 3% administrative charges if booked online.
p/s/2: ParkRoyal Beach Road is slightly more expensive than the one in Kitchener Road but of course, slightly more convenient as well.
