Yesterday night, I had a conversation with Rames. Being the good friend that I am, I decided to layan (entertain) him since he was feeling bored, waiting to drink some chicken soup. Our conversation deviated to fitness when I mentioned that I had the intention to sign up for gym if not for the ridiculously expensive fees.
Suddenly, he asked about my waistline. I told him it's 34. He laughed and told me to stop kidding and tell the truth. wtf.

I stand at 183cm and I weight 84kg; and yes, you don't have to remind me that my BMI reading states that I'm overweight! Btw, you might want to close your gaping mouth now (caused by the mention of my weight). Well, mind you (and me) but 34 is already, like huge!
I used to be well over 92kg, and my waistline was 36! Oh, and just for your information, most of the clothes outlets in KL had the maximum waistline of 36 for their pants/jeans. If you never knew, you get to know it first here at jed's Seeds Of Life. *Kembang* (Proud).
Back to the topic. In getting to my current shape, I've already cut down on late night supper, junk food, fast food (damn seldom already, ok?), cut down on amount and so many other stuff. That's a lot of sacrifice, yo! Especially for a person who loves eating, terribly, bloody much!
My face does look kinda chubby, especially when I smile, looks as though it broads by a few inches. On the bright side, it makes me look cute. Right? Right? However, one thing I do notice is that my chest is kind of, erm, how should I put it... lumpy?
Sometimes, its quite noticeable in some of the shirts I wear, mainly soft fabric and white coloured tees, not being able to conceal "them". I have a feeling that at this moment, you might be thinking of scanning through my archives looking for evidence. Best of luck. And no, I will post nothing of it.
Well, any workout routines that you can provide in helping me "flatten" them a bit? The girlfriend is no help at all, she only humor me by mentioning that they're at least an A cup, and I should get something to support them. -_-"
Sigh, I miss my younger days, when I can even fit in to size 28. *Emo*

why not ask eddy where he works out....he doesnt pay a BIG BOMB to sign up for normal average gym centres..
I've seen u in person a couple of time...you look alright! ..not "FAT" at all..kakkaaka...important is stay healthy okai?? cheers
