Weeks of driving to work from Cheras to Brickfields coupled with some statistical analysis has brought me to the following conclusion. Hope it helps in managing and planning your schedule if you're heading there. Do take note that the analysis is done according to an average value of only 5 working days (accident free journey) and totally based on my driving style (which according to pop, is like "omg, so slow!"). So, don't come look for me should anything go wrong...
Route Taken
From Sri Bahtera (home) -- Cheras roundabout -- Jalan Cheras -- Loke Yew (use Tidal Flow) -- Jalan Maharajalela -- Jalan Sultan Sulaiman -- Jalan Susur (through Syed Putra) -- Jalan Tun Sambanthan.

Hot Spots (where congestion often occurs)
Maybe I should try heading out at 0900 once. Anyway, this public announcement is brought to you by Jed, from jedrantsagain.blogspot.com. Thank you for visiting. Have a nice day!
p/s: Street Directory is currently implementing Malaysia into its system, though its just in the Beta stages. Do check it out, its pretty cool - affiliation with Google has enabled users to view satellite images of the maps! When I was in Singapore, I pretty much relied on it to get around.
